  • promotion, disseminating and sharing of all of the different African arts, crafts and cultural heritage.
  • Devise ways of enabling knowledge of intangible heritage (arts and crafts) to be passed onto people who have the potential of enjoying the activity and/or developing the skill.
  • Provide potential for new job opportunities especially through arts and craft heritage training and education.
  • Engage with local community and regional partnerships that can help raise awareness of the importance of african cultural heritage and link in with regeneration programs at a local, regional, national and international level.
  • Highlight the opportunities for intercultural learning and cultural skills exchange.
  • promote the traditional arts and cultural skills to an international audience through different methods.
  • Source opportunities for national and international exchange of (African and non-African) culture and craftspeople who would not otherwise be able to explore other craft techniques.
